From 5a to 12p good for breakfast to late night coffee. Staff efficient. Very clean and tidy. Toilet clean. Plenty parking.

Young lady was so cool HOWEVER manager wouldn't even try to help.Happy meal for vegi kids is nasty, 2 bloody little tiny dippers, every meat meal you get a bun and salad.

Brentford's finest: a well run MaccyDs which is also in pretty good decorative order. Not the biggest but that's part of its charm. A nice place to sit and watch the world go by. Food comes quickly and tastes fine. Also an (efficient) Drive-thru. Parking can be tricky: a small car park with a complicated and confusing one way system.

The food is fine but every time we come here, the drinks are flat and warm. Is the drinks machine broken or something?

Terrible experience. Stuff shouting on each other. Young blond girl shouting on her work colleague (guy) at the front of customers. Food was cold and disgusting. Taste like.old food. You don't feel welcome there. I do not recommend this site at all. Terrible experience!

Expected a lot better. Parked in the car park and food was cold. Won't be returning via the drive through.

Dirty place clean the floors with the same mop for tables, Richmond McDonald’s is better!!!

It was very busy! Even if there had been more staff it wouldn't have helped because the kitchen area was rammed. Not enough parking - especially disabled bays. I went with my Dad who has to be getting in and out cars and the one single space was taken up by a young couple sitting in their car eating. In a large Volvo. So if you read this - you're both ****s

Drive thru!!! Always reliable quality, sometimes very busy but staff manage it well.

Typically functional eating. Might as well have gone to 5 guys or GBK, spent a fiver more and had a top quality enjoyable meal.

Long wait time and then order was wrong.

Foods always good. But don’t order off Uber eats as it never ever comes with the right stuff. Good job they have such a good manager at the moment, Sam who corrected it for us.

Typical McDonald's. The sitting place is small inside, gets crowded very quickly, would expect more from it. Charging cables not working. But service was quick and table service nice.

This branch of McDonald's has a drive thru service, is open until midnight and also provides table service.

Awful. Burger consisted of two thin cardboard burgers and some salad. Give me Burger King anytime

Fries were soggy and unsalted. Big Mac tastes like plastic. Worse McDonald's experience. 😩

Great little McDonalds, the car park system is a little tricky to navigate in the dark but the service was fast and the employees were brilliant.

Staff are always working very hard. Unfortunately the parking space are very limited but expect this nothing so bad.

Asked for Big Mac with just onions. Got Big Mac with cheese.One Happy meal we ordered came as a plain burger instead of a cheeseburger. We waited absolutely ages for the mc flurrys.Also can i suggest that you have a separate counter for the home delivery people. As they take up so much time.

Staff needs to wear gloves when preparing food,quick,and polite

The vegetarian meals there are really awful when it comes to the portion. All there is, are 2 small sticks of veggie burger and that's it. The only reason I still go is for the Big Mac without the meat patty. Please can McDonald's at least make a Big Mac Vegan Meal?

What can I say about this McDonald's the same as usual McDonald's that you go to only difference is very unorganised very unfriendly staff rude don't want to be there got what I wanted and left will I come and back again not to this McDonald's

My favorite fast food restaurant tbh

This place is a scam. I ordered last week 10.12.2019 on the app . The app crashed no order took money. I again placed order today on app when I got to McDonald it was closed due to drainage problem they still took my money and left me with no food. They are still taking people money on the app when they are closed and never refunding back scam.

Friendly & polite service. More so than the staff at Bushey branch on A41

what can one say it's McDonalds you expect them to be the same every, but that's always true. This branch is very good though. Helpful staff, good service, clean tables, restrooms, and mobile charge points that actually work. With ample parking for a quick stop.

This place never serves milkshakes. They always say they don't have them. The staff are miserable and fight with each othwr openly in front of customers. It is so slow to get served here. I genuinely feel sorry for people who work here because they seem so unhappy with life.

Not very happy with what I got!! Ordered a vegetarian burger meal got 2 vegetable nuggets in my burger! !!!! They also forgot to give my mozzarella bites to ne 2 days ago when I ordered and paid for them!!! Not value for money on my vegetable burger meal lol!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE -Ordered a sit in quick meal at.23.44 They took 22 minutes to get it correct and warm. We sat in,.the Music was full blast we had to shout to hear each other. Other people where in there as well.Surely the manager was not there as it was very unsafe, a mop and bucket was left in the middle of the floor so myself and others kept knocking into the mop handle. Lights kept going on and off , but as it was their fault we where there late they should of understood why people wanted to finish their food indoors.As soon as we left the staff sat down to eat their food. Such a shambles ..

Slow service, had to change lanes in drive thru as intercom not working and staff member didnt speak to me just passed food through small window... regularly visit area but wont go here again.

Great experience at the Brentford McD's today. It was blisteringly hot, and the young lady who was waiting tables, not only bought out our food when it was ready, but when I asked her if they had the facilities to fill a water bottle, she said she could do it. I gave her my bottle and I said it needed cleaning out as it had a different drink, she replied with that she would be happy to clean it, and fill it. So I gave her the bottle and it came back clean, and full of ice cold water. Lovely....

It was the first visit since lock down. The queue wasn't too bad not many in front. But it was all cold and didn't taste very nice. It put me off. I won't be going back until they start doing breakfast again

Rubbish service with a huge queue. Very little staff and a rubbish ticket system. The car park is very small and mostly full. 0 stars.

I ordered 2 20 chicken nuggets shareboxes but only got 1. This has happened before but I was able to get a refund but it seems that I can't get a refund this time ☹

I had a beef burger on December - one week of food poisoning. After this horrible time I tried one more time with my daughter today. After couple of hours food posoning again. Horrible ! Whats going on in there? Please, check you beef or another staff. Never order there again a meal.
